Marketplace GalleryT may use the personal information provided for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking orders, subscriptions or registrations, analyzing trends and statistics, informing users of new products, services and offers, etc. From time to time we may establish a business relationship with other persons or entities deemed trustworthy and whose privacy policies are consistent with ours.

In such cases we might share information, including information about you, that will enable such persons or entities to contact you regarding products and services that may be of interest to you.

Your Options
We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. If you prefer not to receive information from us or from our marketing partners, please let us know by sending us an email. Please be sure to include your email address, full name, and specifically what information you do not want to receive. If you would like to update or correct your email address, street address or other personal information with us, you may contact us the same way.

Protecting Children
Marketplace GalleryT is a general audience site. We do not permit children under age of 18 to purchase products on our web site, nor do we permit anyone under the age of 13 to register with us. We also do not send email correspondence to anyone who tells us that they are under the age of 13.

Children under the age of 13 should always ask their parents or guardians for permission before providing any personal information to anyone online. We urge parents and guardians to participate in their children's online activities and use parental controls or other web filtering technology to supervise children's access to the web.

Use of Cookies
Our web site uses "cookies". A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. This is done primarily to tailor products and services to suit our visitors' interests, estimate our audience size, track status in promotions, and contests, and/or analyzing visiting patterns. Once we receive your transmission, we will do our best to protect its security on our systems.  Purchases made from individual Gallery Members are in no way affiliate with Marketplace Gallery -- and we assume no liability for transactions made between consumers and Gallery Members.  Please refer to individual Members' business policies prior to making a purchase.

The Marketplace GalleryT web site may contain links to web sites operated and maintained by third parties, over which we have no control. Privacy policies on such linked sites may be different from our own. Users access linked sites at their own risk. Users are encouraged to read the privacy policy of any linked site before disclosing any personal information.

Amendments
Our policies are often reviewed for their success in meeting our high standards, and the ever-changing needs of our customers. If a policy is changed in whole or in part, such changes will be done by posting a notice on our site. Those changes will go into effect on the date posted in the notice. All new policies will apply to all current and past users of our web site and will replace any policies deemed inconsistent.
